I tore it down again and ordered a few more things. I just got the new rear caliper (upgraded to a Nissin Pro) with the Galfer Pads and Galfer Stainless Braided Line. Also ordered a new swingarm so I'll be sending that one to the powder coaters and they're making it satin black. I also took off all of the plastics (with the exeption of the tank) and I'm having them repainted satin black (right in between flat black and gloss black). I'm trying to think up a paint scheme for the race plastics too, but nothing is standing out thus far. I also still need a new windscreen.

I just did a full radiator/coolant flush, oil change, and I'm about to bleed the brakes when I swap the rear caliper. Getting close, but not there yet.
